About Us SafePets Intelligent Feeding is owned by Debbie Connolly, Founder of SafePets UK. She is a Trainer and Behaviourist with over 25 years experience of dogs and cats in all sorts of areas such as training, rescue, strays, boarding and behaviour. Debbie appears in the first series of BBC3's "Dog Borstal" and writes for Dogs Today magazine and other publications. She is an Associate Member of the British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers and is the behaviour consultant for Bengal Cat Rescue and Zep the Dep Rottweiler Rescue. We know that a lot of people change their dog's diet in an attempt to improve its behaviour. Often the advice given is wrong and so SafePets felt that a new approach was needed. Foods were needed that avoided common trigger ingredients with the right amounts of protein and energy and of the best quality. Using all our behaviour knowledge, we have put together several formulas and ideas into foods. Labelling is simple and straightforward and tells you exactly what the food is for. The formulas are ours, developed by us and used on our own dogs. Nothing is produced we wouldn't use ourselves.
